| High-speed de luxe machine to make three-color
printed PP woven cloth sewn bags, with valve or open mouth.
Printing, air hole making, stripe gluing, tube forming, welding,
cooling, counting, 1st heat cutting, 2nd heat cutting, counting,
and discharging. It incorporates Stripe Gluer Model SG-60 which
glues laterally in several stripes to attach PP woven cloth
outlayer with kraft paper liner. It is equipped with up-to-date
devices which ensure high quality product while saving man power
and space. The bags from the machine are used for packing not
only cement but fertilizer, fodder, sugar,chemicals, grains,
or other granule. |

kraft paper tubes of up to 4 piles, flat, or gussetted with
valve. Printing, longitudinal seam pasting, tube forming, cutting,
counting, and discharging. It is very productive to make heavy-duty
cement bags or flour, and fodder, grain, sugar, chemicals, etc.
Some of the major features are economy-cut, which saves raw
material, and high speed yet with fine and clear flexo-graphic
printing. Heavily built mechanism ensure break-down free operation
and easy maintenance. With attachment of optional items, it
can produce various tubes for various heavy-duty bags, for cement,
fodder, fertilizer, chemicals, sugar, flour, grains, etc. |

pasting, longitudinal pasting, forming, cutting and discharging.
The cut tubes are further processed to become bottom pasted
bags through WS 13-B1 or, pinch bag through PM-100, or sewn
bags with valve through ADS-4. |
