VDC II series has been developed to exactly meet the user’s needs and to consider future molding system advances.
Using multi-micro processor control system provide fully computerized closed-loop control, compact appearance, easy to operate with EL screen in centralized operator station.
This permits fast response speed, stable repeatability and precise molding.
Because the VDDII series utilize CNC based controls, limit switch adjustments are
not required.
AS a result, advanced profile control such as 10-step injection.
10-step back pressure, and 8 step holding pressure can be carried out with complete freedom, and to achieve the molding of complex shapes with extreme precision.



Machine status
This screen will appear when machine power is on and shows if machine status and condition are normal or not.
Function setting
There are three windows in this screen as time count, function switch, and carriage intrusion.
Time count window provides the setting for the time and frequency of all kinds of protection, delay and action, And function switch window provides function to match all types of injection movement.
Ejector, Core setting
It provides the input function of speed, pressure, and position for the forward slow eject, forward fast eject, and retract eject, also air blow eject.
Temperature setting
Auto-tune feature achieves and holds set point values automatically eliminating time-consuming “hit and miss “ manual tuning.
Product information
There are two windows in this screen, production information record and quality control.
In addition to providing record of time, product sum, and quality control under automatic operation, they also serve to save and load the molding parameter including mold number, screw number, raw material type, Q, C functions selection, deviation limitation of Q,C value, machine stop condition.
Cushion record
The cushion record of the latest 100 shots will be displayed, and updated at the moment when a new cycle is completed.
Mold clamp setting
Because it is critical in achieving high production rates and low scrap, clamp position control for fast, accurate and repeatable response is enhanced with 4 step position control.
Nozzle temp. Tracing
Last 33 minutes trace curve, scale in 3-minute-unit is marked on the horizontal axis, and 50 centigrade degree-unit on the vertical one, the data is updated every 20 seconds in this system.
