- One blanket two colors system.
Short machine size minimises waste of materials. Registration between two colors in same unit is jointed with gears, so even at maximum speed, perfect registration is maintained after just one adjustment.
- Perfect accuracy of gear train.
All gears are precision manufactured and polished and are free from vibration even at high running speeds. The direct benefit is quiet operation and no gear marks in printing.
- Top speed capability of 180rpm, or rated up to 30m/m.
Ideal for short to medium runs for a wide range of label designs. Fast set up and high speed production assures quick delivery.
- Automatic disconnection of form roller.
When machine stops, form roller disconnects automatically with printing plate, then blanket cylinder stops at regular stop position (blanket is on right over of blanket cylinder). In this position printing plate, form roller and blanket have no contact with other rollers. This means no lines will appear on print from either form roller or blanket when machine re-starts. Furthermore registration of re-start is steady without the typical loss of materials caused by stopping and re-starting.
- Slide away UV lamp housing.
The UV lamp housing slides out of the way towards the rear between the printing units, to set the printing plates on the plate cylinders.
- Skew adjustment of printing plate.
Skewing adjustment is done by adjusting the fastening bolt of the steel jacket of the printing cylinder, eliminating the need for re-setting of the printing plate. Skewing adjustment provides perfect squareness of all the printing plates to each other.
- Intermittent feeding with numerical control.
Two servo motors at unwinder side and rewinder side have a feed adjusting system which is analyzed by computer, which controls necessary fine setting automatically depending on printing speed and feed amount. Machine has intermittent feeding system, no necessary to change cylinder, feed amount can be set freely.
- Fast and simple setting of registration.
Plate cylinder has start register mark and center register mark for the setting of the printing plate. Fine register adjustments are done by the operation of handles and switches on the control panel while the machine is running. Lineal movement of the printing units, interlocking of the UV system and simple running of each unit is done by switches on the control panel. Each printing unit is equipped with an automatic ink washing device.
- Free from double image and gear marks.
A printing unit consists of 7 kneading rollers (3 steel and 4 rubber), 2 different sized form rollers and 1 shadow-off roller. The swing rollers oscillate by individual motors and swing speed can be set independent of running speed. This roller construction eliminates ghosting and gear marks.
- The machine is for waterless offset plates that are capable of excellent reproduction of fine dots and sharp lines, unmatchable by any other printing press. Polymer plate can also be used for versatility, performing single to multiple colour jobs. Twin printing tower construction and shorter machine length assure perfect colour to colour register. Fast set-up minimizes material waste and labour costs, making this machine most efficient for short to medium runs of very high quality prinitng jobs, eliminating the need to change expensive printing cassettes for different repeat sizes.
